In my experience there is no predetermined future, and I do not receive messages that give exact times and dates or outcomes of situations and I cannot read minds. The world is a web of ties and bindings; all people, places, things and events are interconnected. By tapping into these connections and understanding how they influence one another, an empathic bond can be formed between the reader and the querent, allowing for deeper insights and guidance to enter the reading from spirit guides, deities, ancestors and the Universe itself. Life is colorful and complex; it gives our existence a remarkable beauty, but can lend itself to confusion when problems arise. Luckily for us, there are tools at our disposal to help navigate these twists and turns. Tarot is one such tool. Creating deep symbolic imagery by combining occult mysticism with psychology, the Fool's Journey is a visual metaphor for our lives. Love and relationships, careers and finances, family and friends, life events... these are all common topics to bring up during a tarot reading, and the cards can help you find your path to the answers to all these questions. Tarot is NOT a fortune-telling system: it does not provide direct answers to questions in the form of exact times, dates or other information. It is a tool for insight and guidance to help us gain perspective on the issues at hand. When asking questions of the tarot, keep this in mind. For example, instead of asking "When will I meet my soulmate?" consider asking "What do I need to know about meeting my soulmate?" The cards can provide new and insightful ways to view situations and use YOUR personal power and knowledge to solve problems. They do not provide the solutions themselves; but with their guidance and your determination, there are no obstacles you cannot overcome.
