I feel that this wasn't her best work. It could be that she's just getting over her sickness & her energy is low. She did tell me what' I needed to know & gave good advice. But she didn't answer all my follow up questions in the comment. Thanks again & hope you feel better.

She was nice. Just felt like she was talking in circles. Don't know if it was because she was sick. Felt like I didn't get any insights into how the situation may pan out or things to do to get better. To update my review. Gina came back and clarified the situation through messaging.
