Hi Selene. The first statement of ur reading to me was goosebumps 🥹u are definitely right. I cant stop thinking about my POI but at the same time am doing so many things to distract myself, not to put too much attention to it, and hopefully to move forward. Like the feeling is heavy - u mentioned I am like carrying pain on my shoulder, yes you are right, I am feeling the longing of missing him and it is something am trying to release ❤️ just from that I really felt resonated bec u described my current feelings and situation.
