I wanted to put a sad face BUT I believe she helped me with 75% of my problem. I will say she was confident 100% in providing me information that seems to be accurate based of my own knowledge and past experience with a specific person.. ..........................☹️ I think a lot of us customers would like to hear a time frame and unfortunately she dosent do times frames. I tried to ask her a yes or no question in terms of “will this happen by this weekend” ..............and she straight up said again.. that she didn’t do time frames. So even if it’s a yes or no format; she still couldn’t do it. I think time frames are necessary-like are we talking years or months???? I believe the problem is when customers are asking “what day will this happen?” And that’s when time is fluid and tricky. But in my case I was honestly just asking if it would happen this weekend and she couldn’t give me an answer so I guess I have no choice but to see that only time will tell. Reguardless I am happy thank u
