Honest and explains in depth
Very accurate and I can definitely say I feel like she cares and is not just trying to get your money. I feel like she is honest and will say what she sees/senses regardless if it the answer you are looking for or not. Which is definitely what we want. Honesty and someone who truly cares. I felt she made a good connection to the situation and picked up on aspects I hadn't elaborated on in the description. Though the situation and result may not be 100% easy she gives very concise advice and answered my two follow up questions quickly.
