No words . Very abrupt when questioned about something. Yes i believe in hearing news that isnt what i want to hear but iquestioned how long it took to get to my questions as by the time she finished talking about something i didnt ask about her response was Technically i only needed to give you a yes or no answer .... When you are upset from a situation more care in response is needed ... Not technically all i needed to give was a yes or no was hurtful
