Honestly I called her in tears, crying for help, she answered in a timely manner and took all three minutes, which was amazing, I felt something was wrong bc this reading didn't connect with her so I told her I didn't think she got it. She then said that I'm taking my frustration out on her, that's really hurtful to say to someone that is in pain, I just felt she didn't understand I was not trying to be rude but it hurt when she answered, totally different look on her now
