I wake up in the middle of the night, stressed about this hardship in my life. I find Andrew and decide to reach out to him. I tell him what is going on, but only at a surface level (no finer details) and only the DOBs of me and my loved one. Right away, he was able to say how long my hardship was going to be and it was EXACTLY the timeframe my partner and I had set in mind to figure it out. I was blown away.
