so I'm a realist and naturally a skeptic. was really upset at first with the ambiguity of the reading but then Andrew offered a free 15m reading on his outsourced line and it was definitely more comforting. I will most likely scan the time frame I was advised of to confirm truth but I appreciated the customer service. I will likely return for another reading.
