thank you!! yes, that’s interesting you mention she’s done this before. because she carries on about being a good Christian 🙄but this is the fair path. And she mentioned how her friend always keeps these deposits and that always gave me bad vibes. So, I think you’re right, just be diplomatic. And, I’ve decided, if she can’t prove it, I’m not giving her anything. She keeps the deposit, I’m keeping the keys we’re going to court.
