Not sure about the reading- not because of the message (it was a not a heavy hearted question, more of a curiosity) but the main inquiries I had were not all answered (only 2 main questions) I did message her and she was very responsive and answered my questions in there- that is why I’m still leaving a positive review. However, I would have liked the question answered in the video reading when there was time to spare (granted if the introductions etc were not a part of it).
