Responded to my inquiry pretty quickly. Gave insight into the situation. Timeframe on communication did not come to pass twice now. At this point I'm very confused and disappointed. My hopes were very high and I strongly believed that her prediction of communication was going to happen and it didn't. I just have to be honest. Not going to sugar coat my review. Wish I could give a happy face based on this reading but I can't bc it would be dishonest.
