Very hesitant and very slow. I asked her a question right in the beginning of the conversation. She took two minutes just to type up 'let me tune in'. After two minutes, she comes and says 'ok, what's your question'. I had already stated my question, she just needed to scroll up. Then her answer was very far fetched. I cut my losses and hung up. Maybe she was just having an off day ...
