I always know when I drop in for an update that I will get clear, concise answers with no fillers that directly answers my questions and I'm not left confused, I really appreciate that especially when you're short on time. I also really appreciate that if I get cut off I get the final sentance in messages before I even have to ask. Timeframes have changed since my first reading but I'm never made false promises and I'd rather be told that the end point is unclear and have info that explains the present instead of waiting for a moment at the end. Thanks for being so patient on this journey with me :)
