I really appreciate your kindness.... in my head, I have to pull myself together but in my mind, there are so many kind of scenarios there due to my anxiety.... I can say I sm doing well but when I am alone... just i really miss him and struggle to figure out what I have to do, what is it, who is he...... I thought tgat it was fate but I am not quite sure it is for what.... I believe thst life is the learning process for developing soul.... I thought that we met for it but I am not sure now... maybe this is to learn patience for me.... I don't even remember his face. I just feel him and I feel bad for him. I feel like i have to embrace him to make him feel love and I feel like I have to let him know why we have to be brave Etc.... but now I feel like I am getting weaker than him due to obsession ..... I can't put some word under box.... that's why I left writing here. Just... I just want to say" I really appreciate you I can feel your strength and your steady " yours remind me come down and follow the flaw and trust my destiny.... some people threaten me, some people just say sweet things.... I can feel your kindness and steady insights. I really appreciate you and I can say I am really lucky to meet you

Our discussion today helped me realize that sometimes it’s not the person I’m reacting to, but the uncertainty, emotional loops, and energy surrounding a situation. After reflecting on everything and then experiencing a situation I thought might trigger me, I was surprised to find that what brought me the most relief was peace.
