our relationship is a slow progress because we both have been brutally hurt in past relationships, that's why the distance. however my gut is telling me that there will be a promise ring or engagement type ring presented soon...i feel this is gonna happen but I just don't know when. he and i are going on vacation soon with his mother and then my birthday will be not long after on the 13th of September. i feel he is focusing on his finances, job etc so he can provide stability and financial security for our future..we have only been "courting" since May 29th of this year so it has only been 4months. thank you, you have provided me with a peace of mind
