I literally had and still have tears in my eyes. You hit upon EVERYTHING that’s going on with me. I haven’t been able to figure out why my throat is so sensitive. My throat has been feeling vulnerable for so long and now, every time I try to meditate, my throat really bothers me. While you were doing my reading, I was trying to meditate but my throat was holding me back from meditating. Also, you hit upon my heart/chest. I do feel a lot of heavy pressure in my chest from so much anxiety from being with a verbally abusive alcoholic. I hope people do not pass you by! You are the real deal and I do believe if you have any negative reviews it’s because people aren’t hearing what they want to hear. You are telling them the truth and what they NEED to hear!
