Kept looking up at another screen. He said he was looking at history from another order. Funny when I looked up the other order I had with him it's like he was reading what he wrote in the comments section from the last time. Again he said just smile. Laugh. Flirt. When he contacts me. Duh. Also gave me just about the same timeframe six weeks as last time which was four months ago. I know timelines can change but it felt like no additional insight was provided. Unprofessional and can't handle constructive feedback. Felt he had no genuine concern for the customers all he cared about was getting the rating changed with another free reading. Wow. Wish I had "do overs" at work where I could keep trying till I guessed things right.
