I’m not too thrilled with her reading this time. I ordered a 3 minute video but her reading seemed lazy this time and she didn’t seem engaged at all. In fact it was pretty obvious that her eyes were on the timer and she couldn’t wait for the video to hit the 3 minute mark. I don’t like giving red frown faces as I understand some readers make a living doing this so a green smile nonetheless for her effort.
