It was nice to be reassured that the plan is still on track. Lori was very helpful with the suggestions for releasing some of the emotions that I can’t seem to tackle from my recent break up. I’m definitely going to give those try. She was very helpful with how I should concern myself with my ex. Sometimes hearing it out loud even though you may have known it just makes it clearer. I feel she connects with me well and I definitely will be using her in the future.
