This is a well-intentioned reader. However, for some reason, the video delivered was only 2:35 long, and until 2:00 was spent summarizing the info I’d already submitted (so am well aware of) and telling me what she was going to do for me. That is already assumed, that the reader knows the situation and will give a reading based on their abilities! Also, during one part of the reading, it was unclear whether she was referring to my POI or his brother (who I didn’t ask about). She did offer to answer any additional questions in the comments when I asked about the briefness of the video. She is really really kind and genuine, but this was my experience of this reading.
