Heather is amazing! She really helped me when I was at my lowest point and helped me remember that not all is lost when a situation isn’t going how I planned it to be. She is super sweet and it wasn’t awkward at all speaking with her and telling her my true feelings. I can be shy and nervous at times and she instantly made me feel at ease. I highly recommend her.

You are absolutely right, there are days where I feel at peace, then I'm suddenly overwhelmed and pulled back into it again. It leaves me so confused and frustrated to the point that I can't help but cry, becsuse it takes a toll on me a lot.
