I would put I’m unhappy with th payment though..: I’m not dumb I did click on you when your message said 5.99 I know it was I can’t afford 17.99 so I wouldn’t have clicked on your for the fact that I would loves reading from you..: I’m more then willing to pay what I was supposed to pay I’m not asking for it for free. I understand that I would have to pay you. I’m more then willing to pay you but I was charged wrong. idk if it was a mistake that it said 5.99 but I’m an honest person and like I said more then willing to pay the fee. like I said I just can. ever afford 17.99 so if it said that I would of never clicked on you cause I can’t afford this. it has put me over in my credit card. like I said I loved th reading it was amazing just not the issue with the price. I’m sorry that this is on th review but it has messed up my finances. I make sure I have enough to talk for the5.99 at the 40% off so I’m disappointed with this. I’ve tried to reach out to support and they just say they don’t know. but it does say customer satisfaction guaranteed. I just wish I would be honored the 5.99 like I said I’m not trying to get this free and I’m so sorry this is even a thing. I tried to resolve with customer support but that did nothing. like I said I did love the reading I just don’t think over 300 for 20 min is a bit much especially when I went into this situation knowing it would be the 5.99 and the 40% off deal. I will absolutely screenshot the price if I ever talk to another advisor again. again I’m sorry ivy I know this is most likely not your problem or doing idk I just want to be heard and get my money back. not all of it just honor the5.99 with the 40% off or even just charge the 5.99 I will take over the charge I was charge cause I literally can’t for it. I’m sorry fo the rant I just thought you should know what happened and then my experience with customer service not caring. thank you for your time truly
