We’re my question not read or misunderstood I felt my expectations towards hearing things were higher than what I got to hear in terms of clarifications and unanswered question shared at start .. leaves me unhappy sadly.. that was my feeling... what I highly appreciate is she coming back to clarify and make me give her a rating for just not only being professional but caring too
