the picture and person in video dont match. I am upset when follow up questions arent even acknowledged. my question was about a raise bc we have lot of people who arent reliable in charge. you just repeated my opinions on the people in charge and didnt answer the question. used to be my favourite reader now you dont seem to even care

I understand some readers are more direct and don't "sugar coat", but unfortunately she comes across as condescending rather than someone trying to be direct. Maybe it comes from a place of trying to be firm to help you? Either way that approach is not for me.
