By no fault of hers, the connection was lost. This has been a random and costly problem on this site. Customer service is not addressing it. I'm hoping somehow this message gets to customer service. I have lost a lot of $ by having disconnects and having to add money to get back to my reader on more than one occasion...not the readers fault, therefore, I am not giving her a sad face to hurt her rating.
