I think she is accurate, but her behavior could be better. I asked accidentally for 3 questions (about the same issue), although she had written in her details, that she works with only 1 question per time. She was angry and answered that I am pushing her boundaries and being disrespectful for asking 3 questions. That was really not my purpose, I just made a mistake (English is not my mother tongue). I think she is a bit of harsh to her customers - she’s was not in a good mood and made me feel bad, too. Although I am a paying customer.
