She makes me so happy! I keep getting stressed out about this school that I want to get into and no matter what she always knows what to say. I know it's not false hope she's giving me because the admission counselor at the school emailed me today and said that the administration office is working very fast and spring semester students will still get feedback in time. Veronica is very sweet and I like how she talks to me. She also replies back and I feel like she genuinely cares. I recommend her 100%

Accurate in the situation as usual, and intriguing in how Veronica zeroed in on my own situation tho she knows little about me. As a Financial Advisor, my past 2 years had been full of extreme health issues (open heart surgery, diabetes) and financial hardship from them, but am now in great health with income growing and surrounded by positive people & a growing business. Veronica knew nothing of this and still picked up on it. My questions were about a friend but her encouragement & messages are as much about me. Not only has she been spot on about my friend and my relationship with him, but she got me right and about things that I did not share with her. Gifted and amazing heart, for sure.
