really straight forward and detailed thank you!

This man was completely wrong about the situation I was asking him about. He took most of my minutes to answer me in a very short sentence. He told me something i wasnt even asking about and got one thing out of him in 5 min then I added more funds and he took time and told me something totally incorrect. It was a waste of $75. I also got an email that if I added $10 i would get $40,worh of minutes free and didnt get that even though I followed the link inside the email. This was very important to me to have my answers and I was completely let down. Its a scaam
