Thank you for clarifying. Interesting about the hypnotherapy etc comment. I listen every night to one of my favourite sessions- Hypnotherapy. I can say without a lie this has 10 fold my quality of sleep. I generally go to sleep before it ends and I have in the past 10 years taken on a more. Spiritual mindset to help with stress. Breathing techniques, meditation, yoga for stretching. Taking it to another level never thought about it but hey, I'll keep an open mind you never know. Once again thx George. Just a question with the follow up session i chose 6 mins for a follow up. Just curious was that another 3 min session ? Thanks George

George, I'll be honest a little taken back with this dark haired stranger that will come into my life. You gave no time frame which I respect but I also believe in my vows to my husband whom I love.
