Can I say how great Zyla is? She is excellent at getting to the root of issues and is so detailed. At times when reading with her, I’m sometimes skeptical of what she is picking up on, but then later when information comes up with my POI, I realize how right she was. Zyla is also wonderful at providing guidance. An excellent resource she is!
