I am sorry to give a sad smiley, this is actually the first time ever that I have done that on Purple Ocean, but I think that 50 seconds (the last 50 seconds of the video) of only saying goodbye is not acceptable. It is with the intro over a third of the video that is just nothing.

Carlos is very good at the memorization of the cards, but I didn't feel like the reading was personalized. I was given options of what the cards meant if I was single and if I was in a relationship and what they meant if a had a jobs versus if I didn't have a job... everything was "a lot of ups and downs" which really could mean anything. Again, great at card memorization but I felt like the reading wasn't personal to me.
Never gave a follow up.
