This is very on point, I actually had the conversation with my boss Friday afternoon and we decided I would move on. There are several Execs that are around my age and they are headed to retirement and felt I was too stressed and also in a good financial position to go ahead and walk away. I have built a legacy there and they know it but you are right, for a long time I’ve contemplated on leaving due to various things that even others see.
