she might have been good if I got more than yes and by Dec in 5 minutes. I sat there for 2.15 seconds after asking the question then she said let me check then thank you after another min. $15 and really learned nothing

vague and only tells you what you want to hear based on what you said.

I paid the full price and you typed for 3 minutes out of my 5 minutes and never sent the message you were typing. that’s not fair
