Thank you so much it makes a lot of sense, I am being monitored by a dr a concussion specialist but yeah, two things my Dad with stuff going on more so with his partner who doesn’t let me have a relationship with my Dad and I’m scared I won’t have much time with him as he gets older, but then I realised it will be my youngest child’s - my daughter’s Dad my x who I left 12 years ago who has been very abusive over text, emails recently mainly ever since I have known him but sometimes it is good for a while but lately it’s been extra bad and I have had to try and block him off everything he gaslights me and makes me think I’m a bad mum and I can’t deal with that so I am trying to just discuss things through my daughter as I don’t deserve that. Thank you I’ll work on letting it go and maybe see a healer. Thank you so much .. and yes dizzy and sore. Thank you again.
