I couldn't hear you the last 90 seconds, the line wasn't good and couldn't not finish my questions

Did not resonate at all. I wanted to connect with a loved one who passed and it was just completely generic feedback... and just not true to the loved ones I was trying to reach. She also asked for names and date of birth. DOB i wouldn't provide. But it just isn't a true experience for me. This is my sign to not to it again...
