Nice and polite, fast typer, and generally well-tuned in. However, the responses began to shift into giving advice when it wasn’t necessarily requested. It’s important to remember that people are paying to read on a specific topic and have their questions answered—not to receive unsolicited counselling or guidance. While the intention was kind, it felt unnecessary and ultimately a bit of a waste of time and money.
