She Got my question wrong and didn’t bother to correct it or pull new cards for the WRONG question she read for. It left my reading incomplete and had me feeling like I was pulling teeth for answers. Like come on, YOU got my question WRONG, pulled cards on a WRONG question and said that the same cards apply to the corrected question. Um really? Come on!!!! nice lady but customer service goes a very long way. disappointed.
