I really wish there was a neutral option because she's clearly a very kind reader and wants to help. However, I asked two questions and I had to follow up in the comments to at least get one answered. I don't feel she tapped into my situation and she needed more detail from me than I'm comfortable providing. Very professional but I don't think we connected.
