Carlos is wonderful! His consistency has made him my go-to for years. I know I can always trust him to point me in the right direction. Update: Thank you so much Carlos for answering my question and bigger than that for your unwavering support and guidance and always steering me right. Although I felt a little shaky when I booked that flight, I now feel that it was most definitely the right decision and my life has taken a 180 since then!
