The reader wasn’t polite. I didn’t understand where his instructions were on his page, and he was irritated I didn’t follow them. He was defensive and told me he doesn’t do x y z bc he left his finance job to do this full time. Overall, he was defensive and unprofessional. Sorry, but I won’t read with you again.
