Straight forward and to the point. May need to reach out again for some more guidance on how to go about enacting his advice, but seemed like sound guidance regardless. However, I have basically already done what he suggested, so I admittedly was looking for a bit more than I got. Perhaps another reading would bring more clarification

Thank you for being able to be a reassurance, I was thinking that it would be best to no longer stay in contact with them no matter how much I would want to see my nieces, that’s basically the only thing, but I’m guessing if they’d want to find me in the future then they’ll come find me when they’re older
