I am realizing how unrealistic i can be in my assessment of others, their emotional processes that differ from mine. It isn't true that everyone else is "fine." It isn't true that all but me know what is "true." Shift in perspective really affects perception. Glad for the chance to see without my rosey glasses how different things look.
